DRIVER, #73 PORSCHE FOR HORTON AUTOSPORT
At only 29 years old, Patrick Lindsey is a world class professional driver who brings an extensive knowledge of vehicle dynamics to the driver’s seat. Additionally his business background, running a brokerage office in New York, allows him to be an invaluable marketing partner. This past season has been indicative of the amazing feats this driver can accomplish as he stepped into a new car in a new class and proceeded to run in the front of the field at every venue. 2012 will be no different as he signs on once again with Horton Autosport to drive a Porsche in the Grand-Am Rolex GT series.
2011: Drove the Hawk Performance Corvette in Pirelli World Challenge GT. Scored four top fives and two podiums. Competed in first Rolex GT race with co-driver Eric Foss in the #73 Traxxas Porsche prepared by Horton Autosport, qualifying 11th and finishing 13th.
2010: Ran a partial season in World Challenge Grand Touring in the #57 Truspeed/Horton Autosport Sloan Securities Porsche 911. Starting 9 races, finishing in the top five 7 times. Received the MTM Special Ops Move of the Race at the Toronto Grand Prix.
2009: Ran a partial season in World Challenge Touring Car in the #57 Horton Autosport/Sloan Securities Mazda 6. Finishing a high of 3rd, qualifying a high of 2nd (twice) and Move of the race at Mazda Raceway, Laguna Seca.
2008: Ran a full season in World Challenge Touring Car in the #57 Horton Motorsport/Sloan Securities Mazda 6, winning several prestigious race awards, finishing just outside the top ten in driver␣s points and qualifying a high of 2nd.
2007: Made first professional start in World Challenge Touring Car, driving the #57 Horton Motorsport Mazda 6 touring car. Qualified 18th and finished 12th.
2004-2007: Campaigned an Audi and Mustang with the National Autosport Association, scoring numerous poles, wins and track records. In 2007 made 7 starts in the American Iron class and recorded 5 wins. Won two national championships in 2006, Time Trial and Performance Touring, as well as a runner-up position in the American Iron Extreme class in a lesser prepared American Iron car.
